Liwonde National Park A good game viewing park with sable, waterbuck, jackals and hyena. There are also black rhino but currently they are in a seperate enclosure as part of a breeding and relocation programme. Lake Malawi Marine Reserve Founded in 1980, the marine park one of the first protecting marine life in the world. protects the diverse marine life at the southern end of the is great rift valley lake. Lake Malawi Shoreline. Lake Malawi makes up one fifth of the whole country. There are over 500 species of water in the lake, with some great diving and snorkel points. Otherwise fishing, sailing and kayaking re popular, or of course sunbathing. It is unlikely you will not spend some time at th lake during a visit to Malawi. |
