Kisumu: Backpacker Hostels
Kenya's third largest town set on the shore of Lake Victoria in the Eastern Highlands

Lamu Backpacker Hostels
Lamu is one of Kenya's oldest towns and is a charming place. There are no cars in town, donkeys are the main form of transport. It is situated on the East Coast.

Maasai Mara Reserve :Accommodation
The Masai Mara (also spelled Maasai Mara) is a large park reserve in south-western Kenya, which is effectively the northern continuation of the Serengeti National Park game reserve in Tanzania. Named for the Maasai tribespeople (the traditional inhabitants of the area) and the Mara River which divides it, it is famous for  the Great Migration, and the traditional people and villages.

Mombasa: Backpacker Hostels
Mombasa is situated on the East Coast and dates back to the twelth century, it has good beaches and the Shimba Hills nature reserve is close by.

Nairobi Backpacker Hostels
Kenya's capital and mainly a pick up point for overland safaris and tours, although the Nairobi National Park, Karen Blixen Museum and National Museum are worth a look.

Nyahururu: Backpacker Hostels
is close to Thomsons Falls and the equator.
