Getting There

By Air

Iberia, air France, British Airways, KLM, Camerron Airlines and Swiss air all fly to Malabo.
The main international airport is Malabo (SSG) whihc is 7 km from the city. There is another airport at Bata which is 6 km from the city centre. Car hire is available at both.

By Water

Passenger services operate between Cameroon with Equitorial Guinea from both Mabolo and Bata

By Road

There are roads between Cameroon and Gabon with Equitorial Guinea, the roads are not of very good quality and the borders sometimes close for no apparent reason.

Getting Around

By Air

Daily flights occur between Malobo and Bata, (except Sunday).  Safety may be an issue with the planes used for the transfer.

By Water

There are daily ferries between Malobo and Bata.

By Car

Passport and drivers license must be carried at all times, roadbloicks are quite common.

Most of the countries roads are tarred, but still in the rainy season many roads are only usable by 4 x 4.
